How big companies create their own competitors. 🏢👇

1️⃣ They ignore startups. A startup shows the gap. The company says "we are fine".
2️⃣ They think they are on top. Comfort is where decline starts.
3️⃣ They ignore small complaints. Each one is a business idea for someone else.
4️⃣ They move slowly. A startup decides in one afternoon.
5️⃣ They hold on to old ways. "This is how we have always done it."

Then the startup builds alone. The gap becomes its product.

💡 The startup you ignore today can be your competitor tomorrow. Collaborate before you compete. 🤝
