Most business owners start the day by opening WhatsApp, email and social media. By 10am, other people have already decided how their day will go.
Try this instead:
1. Before you open any messages, write down the one task that will move your business forward today. A sales call, a proposal, a product fix.
2. Do it first, while your mind is fresh.
3. Then answer messages and handle the rest.
One important task done every morning adds up fast over a year.
Busy is not the same as progress.
