A short story: the head teacher who got her evenings back. 🏫
Every end of term, she stayed at school past 9pm. Marks to compile, reports to write, files spread across three different cupboards.
Then came the phone calls. "Was my child in class today?" "How much do I still owe?" Every answer meant digging through paper.
One night she asked herself: "Am I leading this school, or just chasing papers?"
She decided something had to change.
Next term was different. Records in one place. Answers in seconds. Parents informed without a single call.
She went home at 5pm, and had dinner with her family for the first time in years. ❤️
