3️⃣ Pick one job. Do one thing very well.
4️⃣ Sketch on paper. Paper is cheap. Code is expensive.
5️⃣ Build the smallest version. Ship in weeks, not years.
6️⃣ Test with real people. Watch where they get stuck.
7️⃣ Improve and repeat. Good products are rebuilt again and again.
