Parents don't only pay for lessons. They pay for the full service.

Many schools focus on results and forget the experience around them. But that experience is what parents talk about at home, at church and at work.

What good service delivery looks like in a school:

1. Quick answers. Reply to every parent call or message within 24 hours.
2. Clear fees. No hidden charges. Parents should know what they pay for and when.
3. Safety first. Parents must trust that their child is safe from gate to gate.
4. Honest reports. Share progress early, not only at the end of term.
5. A warm welcome. How the gate, office and staff treat visitors shapes your name.
6. Keep promises. If you say the report comes on Friday, it comes on Friday.

Good teaching brings families in. Good service keeps them for years, and brings their friends too.

Which of these does your school do best?
