📝 A head teacher's notes: things that keep me up before every term.
1. Who is in class today? Registers by hand. Page by page.
2. Parents calling all day. "Did my child reach school?" "How much do I still owe?"
3. Papers everywhere. Something always goes missing.
4. Report cards. Late nights adding marks by hand.
5. Staff. Who came today? Who is late?
✏️ Note to self: stop running the school on paper.
