Your school is only as strong as the people who serve it.
Transport, catering, uniforms, security, software, cleaning. Every provider you choose affects your learners, your parents and your name.
Before you sign with any service provider, check these:
1. Are they legally registered? Ask for their papers. A real business will be happy to show them.
2. Who uses them today? Talk to two or three schools they serve now, not just the ones they name.
3. What happens after you pay? Ask how fast they respond when something goes wrong.
4. Is everything in writing? Prices, timelines and duties should be in a clear agreement.
5. Can you start small? A trial period shows you the real service before a long commitment.
6. Do they understand schools? Term dates, fees seasons and exams change everything.
Price matters. But the cheapest provider can end up costing the most, in money, time and trust.
