Independence means not depending on someone else's permission. The same should be true for your business.
Tip: own your customer relationships.
Your followers on social media belong to the platform. One algorithm change and your reach is gone. A customer's phone number, WhatsApp contact or email belongs to you.
Three things to start this week:
1. Ask every buyer for a phone number or email, and save it in one list.
2. Give people a reason to share it: a receipt, a discount, an update they care about.
3. Message that list regularly with something useful, not only sales.
